Sometimes the USPS tracking information can have errors and packages are marked as delivered without actually being delivered. Most likely your package is soon to arrive. You can check with your post office for more information about your package. If you don't receive your order within a couple of days, please email our Customer Support team, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.

Orders will be treated as individual orders. Therefore, each order will have its own estimated time and tracking information.

Normally the product can take between 2-3 business days to arrive, but if necessary it can take up to 8 business days.
